Remote support session

Adviato Support

Fast, secure remote help. You stay in control.

Download for Windows .exe, no install needed macOS coming soon Windows available now

Free to run, nothing to sign up for, and it only connects when you give us the code.

Windows may show a blue "Windows protected your PC" box the first time you run it. That is normal for a fresh download. Click More info, then Run anyway.

An Adviato support specialist wearing a headset, listening on a call

Three steps, about a minute

No account, no settings to change, no software left running afterwards.

A man at a tidy desk opening a file he has just downloaded on his laptop

Download and run Adviato Support

Pick the button for your computer above. Open the file when it finishes downloading. There is no installer and no restart, the tool just opens.

Read us the 9-digit ID and password

The tool shows two codes. Read them to us on the phone or paste them into chat. The password is single use and expires as soon as the session ends.

We connect and help

Your screen stays on in front of you the whole time. You see every click we make, every file we open, and you can take the mouse back whenever you want.

Two business people shaking hands across a desk in a bright office

You are in control the entire time

Remote support should never feel like handing someone your keys and walking away.

  • Nothing happens without your code. We cannot connect until you read us the ID and the one-time password. There is no standing access and no hidden way back in.
  • You watch the whole session. Your monitor mirrors exactly what we are doing. Nothing runs off-screen or in the background.
  • You can end it in one click. Close the Adviato Support window and the connection drops immediately. You never have to ask us to stop.
  • The session dies with the window. The password is good for that one session only. Reconnecting means a brand new code from you.

Removing it afterwards

Windows: delete the downloaded file (usually in your Downloads folder). It never installs itself, so there is nothing in Add or Remove Programs.
macOS: drag the Adviato Support app to the Trash, then eject the disk image. That is the whole removal.

Prefer a call?

If you would rather talk it through before downloading anything, that is completely fine. Email us and we will call you back, walk you through it on the phone, and stay on the line while you get set up.
